Welcome to the latest contribution to the Disney ~*~ When You Wish Upon A Star Write-Off!
Emily Rose, the young daughter (15 months old) of fellow Epinions member, imames, is battling Retniblastoma (a form of cancer, which is found in the eye). Special thanks to hosts: Lisa_J and opalman!
My two sons are grown, and I don’t have any grandchildren at this point. So, I am out of the loop on Disney-related products. I am doing this review to support imames and to help Emily in her fight. Please bear with me.
This review is on disneystore.com which is an easily navigated site. I was impressed with the colorful images on the webpage, and the organization of the site. Additionally, I was very pleased to see the variety of products they offer, and they look to be of high quality. I would not hesitate to make a purchase on this site, to purchase Disney toys, videos, and other products for friends and family, if I did not have a Disney outlet close by my home. I do think it is preferable to see the products up close and personal, to ensure your satisfaction and happiness, but it certainly saves time and trouble ordering online and simply awaiting the delivery.

For registration on this site they request the following information:
name
email address
date of birth
gender
address
phone number (optional).
You then select a member name and a password that you will recall to enter the site in the future. This is a secure site, so you don’t need to worry about anyone intercepting your information.

You can purchase a Disney gram for $29.95 plus shipping and handling. They will provide personalization on many of the items, and include a colorful box, personalized card in the categories of: birthday, graduates, get well, just because, new baby and wedding/love.
Clothing and Accessories include a darling Eeyore costume for infants at $22.99, kids activewear, Adult activewear, collectible watch for $65.00 (Pinocchio).
Home and Gifts include items such as snowglobes for $19.99, Mickey flatware, $45.00 (20-piece), Halloween wall hanging –Goofy at $24.00.

Disney unconditionally guarantees you can return or exchange products within thirty days of purchase, however it must be in its original packaging.
Delivery:
Disney ships via 2nd Day Air. The shipping costs, as on most websites is a little high, but you're saving the trouble of driving to an outlet location, parking, and mingling with the crowds.
Tracking:
You may track the progress of your order on their website.
Payment:
They accept AMEX or the Disney credit card. You may submit an application for the Disney card on the website, if you wish.
Disney Website Overall:
I recommend this website for anyone interested in Disney products or memorabilia. The website is easily navigated, they offer a wide array of products for children and adults. They aren’t inexpensive, but then designer products of any kind tend to be a little higher, as you are paying for the name. I like that you are able to track your order as well as return or exchange if necessary, and that they guarantee your satisfaction. That says a lot!
