1. I have rephrased the comment. I see your point if you mail in the film you will never have had access to the .jpg which really stinks because you'd have to pay for the print and pay to get the jpgs too. I guess I've never tried to get jpgs back off so I guess you wouldn't be able to get them without having to spend the $10 to get them back on the archival CD for the full-size .jpgs.
2. Thanks for pointing that out the sorting feature for albums! That's a change since the last time I uploaded pictures and I'm very glad they added that. I removed that complaint from the review. Unfortunately they took off the feature to add photos one at a time directly on their website without using the software. I can't upload anything now to try it out since their handy application doesn't run on Linux. (Somehow Shutterfly managed to make an uplaod feature specifically for Linux.) Please let me know if you find a way to upload directly to the website without the software.
