AutoAnything has terrible customer service. They wouldn't accept a return of an unopened item that I purchased for a friend's birthday because 30 days had passed. The item wouldn't fit in his car, so it's useless to him. It was an UNOPENED item, but instead of allowing the return, Roy McCord replied to my email by pasting their return policy. Of course, any company can make an exception to an internal policy when that policy doesn't make sense-- say, to offer good customer service-- but not AutoAnything. When pointed out that the item was unopened, and the policy wasn't sensible, Mr. McCord simply ignored me. Terrible service.
