Refinance.com: making what was told impossible! POSSIBLE!

Pros: The feeling of pride as a home owner and the reinsurance of keeping that home.

Cons: Not being able to take them out for a drink. Earned by both sides.

We have been told by many other companies that we would never be able to refinance. Yes, it was a very hard, long road for us, but Refinance.com and Wells Smith were our tour guides and helped us every step of the way. Even when we were close to giving up the gave us the confidence to continue. They were in contact with us everyday to see how we were doing and what they could do to help. If you feel it can't be done you have not spoken to Refinance.com yet. Special thanks to Wells with all the phone calls and E-mails guiding us to what was needed to be done and how we can do it.
