I had a HORRIBLE experience with babyage.com. I'll give you a short version. I ordered a crib set in FEBRUARY. Never received it....called AND emailed several times. It was "lost" and they made a claim with UPS. Supposed to send out a replacement. The replacement was ordered May 15. Over a month after my son was born. Beginning of June I still never received the crib set. Called several times again and was finally told that it wouldn't ship till June 30th. I told that ridiculous customer service rep to cancel my order immediately!!! Weeks go by and still my money wasn't refunded. I kept getting 3-5 business day, 24 hours, 5-7 business day from each rep about when I would get my money. One even told me that I had never canceled the order. So I gave up on contacting them. I went straight to the Better Business Bureau! The claimed was opened on the 20th of June and by the 25th I had my money back!!
PLEASE REPORT ANY PROBLEMS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU at bbb.org. And all your problems will be resolved within days. Funny how it works when you make an actual complaint against the company instead of an incompetent customer service rep.
