Seems to me, in my childhood, lavender-scented products were everywhere. I don't notice them so much these days. "The War . . ." perhaps, as they also used to say.

Yeah -- you can get lavender products everywhere in Provence, though often mixed with lavandine.

sounds interesting. Having just taken a lavender scented bath I certainly wouldn't mind a few additional bath products. But I imagine the region is filled with shops a plenty that sell such items without wasting money on museum entrance!

You know where the "more" is! with photos.
We hated the movie, too, but Grasse and its environs look great in it. I'd suggest the hideous series of murders as a good reason to hate the movie.

that movie Perfume for some reason...but loved the few fields of Lavender we saw during our visit to Provence...never made it to this museum though. Guess I didn't miss anything..:)
