I signed up for the card in order to get $15 off a purchase. What they neglected to mention was a $50 annual fee. Apparently if Citi doesn't approve you for a card, HSBC will, which means you get a $300 card with a ridiculous annual fee. I argued with plenty of people, and ended up paying. They will charge you $15 over the phone for payments, and the time I tried to pay inside the store the cashier didn't know how much I owed. They wouldn't allow me to use another credit card for a payment, so I payed with a debit card. Sears' behavior is disgusting.
