NEVER order from A1 Books, they are thieves! I ordered a DVD combo from them, only received one DVD and now the won't send me the rest, after 2 months and 27 e-mails the only way they say they can fix it is for me to return the order. Which I can only imagine what will happen when I try to return half an order to these morons. There is no way to contact them via the phone, and their e-mail response time is slower than the USPS. I don't know how they can be considered a legitimate business, they need to be shut down, from what I've read I'm not the only one having this problem, I'm just glad its not as bad as some of the others I've read. I'd understand if they even made an attempt to fix the problem, but it is obvious they do this because they can get away with it and they now it. It a perfect example of how shopping on the internet can backfire on you, although I've made hundreds of purchases online and this is the only site I've ever had trouble with.
IN SUMMARY: A1Books should be under investigation for fraud!!
