ok music access, sucky customer service

I purchased a Sansa MP3 player which comes with free introductory Rhapsody service. Easy to open the account and upload music. My problem is how hard their "customer service" sucks. When you call the 800 number, you will ALWAYS get someone who only speaks broken english so forget it. I've used the Live Chat several times to great frustration as well. Instant Messaging isn't so "instant" with them... there's quite a lag before you get a reply. And best of all- they're never able to actually help me solve anything. I get more help asking teenagers on various tech chat lines. My latest problem is that Rhapsody says they can't deduct my monthly subscription fee from an account with thousands of dollars in it. I called the Bank and they say it must be Rhapsody's problem. And it is- Rhapsody wiped out my subscriber information. I never changed any of my information, Rhapsody must have. Now they've unsubscribed me! I complained to customer service (who, of course, can't take another method of payment or re-instate my old info), so now I have to wait 24-48 hours for someone from "Tier 2" to respond to my issue.
Please bring Customer Service Centers back to the USA!!!
