I ordered a pair of sandals. I tracked the package through FedEx and kept calling them when the expected delivery date had past. I kept explaining to them I wanted the shoes for my vacation. They kept telling me to wait a few more days that they were sending them through FedEx Smart Post. The wait turned into five weeks. The day before my vacation I called them. They told me they would send me a tracer so I could get my money back. Instead they sent me another pair of shoes. I called Customer Service and they were condescending and rude. I kept asking for a supervisor but at each level the rudeness got worst. Now I have to pay for shipping these shoes back to them if I want my money back. Their final answer was: "at least you have your shoes." When I told them I was disputing this through my credit card their reply was that they would go into litigation...(for a pair of shoes!)
Bottom line, I did not get my merchandise on time and they decided on their own to send me another pair of shoes. This way, they would not have to refund me my money. Meanwhile, I am sure, they are also getting their money back from FedEx for the lost shoes. So in reality, they sold 2 pairs of sandals. BEWARE!
