After researching several grills I chose to buy the Blue Ember - Fiesta not only for the price but for it's components. It worked great the first few times and then we could not get it to stay lit and the lightest wind would blow out the flame. We thought it might be the tank -We had it filled and even tried a spare. It was not the tank. We bled the lines which was recommended and did not seem to cure the problem. They asked that we return this and try another that this was very rare. After assembling two grills we encountered the same problem. We spent 40 minutes grilling a hot dog and could not even toast the bun. The grill would not heat above 250 degrees and it did not have a high/low flame, just low. We could keep the first burner lit, but the other two would not work.
When returning the second, we found another man returning his Fiesta for the same problem. He was told that this was the first of these grills to be returned. FALSE, we had returned two at this location. We decided to go with another brand completely.

We tried another brand which has been great for us.
I do not recommend this grill my 4yo Charbroil was better.
