EPSON HC 720 Projector.
Purchased on 6/18/2008 and had a hell of a time with fedex. I selected home delivery, but put a business address, fedex is unable to cross reference in their database. Anyway, received the product, box was nice with no damage. Inside the box was peanuts and another box. Good way to protect the equipment. There was no damage on either of the boxes. Took out projector and browsed the manual, blah blah, looked easy enough. Took everything out and began install, no issues. After it was up it looked horrible, i just figured i received a bunk unit. My wife came in and said "adam, why don't you adjust the focus and zoom?". Since this is my first projector i didn't know they had one, so i adjusted it and WOW! Perfection, mostly. I then realized that it was a little crooked where it was sitting, you could tell because of the keystone problem. Once I adjusted it, it looked great and this was on the bare wall. all edges straight, focus was good, zoom was good, image clarity and brightness was good. This was off of a ps3 with live free or die hard via RGB, i played madden and it looked fantastic too. Then about a week after having the product i received a follow up from visual apex asking me about my experience with the purchase and delivery process and my satisfaction with the product i have received. Well - so far so good!
