I will NEVER shop at Inkjet Superstore ever again . I ordered over $100 worth of inkjet cartridges. In the beginning, the customer service was very good in terms of backing their product with exchanges. BUT when it turned out that all of the inkjet cartridges that I purchased were either defective and did not work from the beginning ,or did not work after one week ( and the ink was still at 98 percent full ) ( inkjets were barely used at all ), including the exchanges they had sent to me, and after I wasted my time to drive to Fed ex to send back their defective cartridges to them each and every time, wasting my gas money and time only receive yet another defective unit which never worked to begin with, they refused to issue a refund or and edchange because they said that they have a limit as to how many exchanges they will do even if it is due to a defect on their part. I then asked for a refund, and they also refused a refund. Very disappointed. Will never purchase from them again. Would rather pay more for the original manufature's prducts. You get what you pay for.
