Bought a b&s 5000w generator for my camper...Ofcourse i have to add fuel and oil to run it and check to make sure it runs everything in my camper...well it turns out that the generator has an internal problem and is only putting out half the wattage...returned gen to store... manager was very rude and no one offered to help me get it down off my suv....they tested my gen and claim it is making full power...manager told the tech to tell me that he WILL NOT WORK WITH ME EVEN IF I WANTED TO UPGRADE MY GENERATOR SET...WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THE GENERATOR IS MY PROBLEM NOW!!!!....I have tried over and over to call customer care and they just keep giving me the run around telling me to call different numbers,service reps,district managers etc.....to this day no one has returned any of my calls and no one has offered to help from customer service!
I have been a customer at northentool for 4 years now and will never buy from them again!!!
Please do yourself a favour Dont buy anything that requires gas or oil to run...cause if something goes wrong with it being brand new it will be your problem!!
