DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!! They may have great prices, but their customer service is horrible! If you can ever reach someone by phone they treat you as if they could care less about you or your order. Forget about getting a response in an email from them.
I ordered a table from them on 5/31/08 and the order is still being processed. It is now 7/21/08!!! When I called to ask them about the order, the guy on the phone put me on hold, by setting the phone down on the table, and then proceeded to chat it up with a buddy of his in the background about things that were not related to my order for about 3 minutes before returning to my call to tell me he had no idea when it would ship out.
You can tell they don't care about the customer just by the recorded message you get when you call them. The girl on there sounds like she is half asleep.
Save yourself the time and hassle and just spend a little more to buy from someone else.
