Duel was made in 1971 and stars Dennis Weaver. It's worth a rental to see Steven's early work.

Really? How can you say that when his films has grossed the largest amounts in cinematic history? They appeal to a worldwide audience. Why do so many adore his movies?

Spielberg directed any of the ten best movies ever, so would rate this "Off Topic" if I rated it. I thought I already left this comment, including my view that "Empire of the Sun" is the most Spielbergian of Spielberg films and noticeably missing from your list

If you think about it, when Steven made "Duel" there were no real special effects companies and effects were not anywhere near what they are today. Duel was a pure human drama - car vs. truck. A road rage film before we had a name for it. Personally, I think you're right on the money about the list, but I might have placed Duel a little higher up. Also, it's Raiders of the Lost ARK, not Arc.
