I placed an order at FashionBug.com on 6/1/08 when I received my item is was not what I purchased. I emailed Fashion Bug and was told that they did not have the item I purchased so they sent me what they had regardless that it was not the item I wanted. I was told that they would send me a return label which after 3 weeks I never received so I emailed them again. I did not received the return label until 7/8. I sent the item back on 7/11 and they still will not refund my card. They state they have not received it but according to the tracking number they have it. They tell me that it can take up to 8 weeks to recieve the item back. It did not take them 8 weeks to charge my card. I guess I will have to file a chargeback. Horrible customer service. Horrible Experience!!! Beware!!!!! I will NEVER purchase from them again.
