There are so many movies with Long Island connections. They now want to build a movie studio on a military base near Boston, so I might be able to do that one in a few years too.

Thans Virginia - it took me two days to do it but I had a lot of fun doing it. I was really amazed just how many movies were actually filmed here. Most of the actors I already knew about.

Brian, by the time I was near the end I was just happy to find a movie associated with Long Island, never mind being fussy about the quality.
I was most surprised to learn that Sabrina was filmed all around where I work - I am going to have to watch that and pay very close attention...

Thanks so much - it was a lot of work but a lot of fun too. Got to read a lot of reviews I hadn't come across before!

Aw, very nice! Even if the Long Island-ness is a little strained, you come up with a nice list. Cindy and i rewatched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind last week on our anniversary; what an amazing (and romantic) movie. And while i wouldn't personally pick the Unbelievable Truth for U - in part because, as your review kinda notes, Hartley basically rewrote the story better for Trust - it's always nice to run across one of Hartley's fans.
(Zoolander, a genuinely funny movie that i'd choose for Z as well, is still a lot more popular in this particular writeoff than i think the script, _after_ the title page, earned for it....)
cheers,
- Brian

I really like this one, and I find it very, very creative how you linked everything into Long Island. A big thumbs up! Of course, the fact that you listed a lot of my favorite films helps too. :) -- Telynor
