Beef on Weck is a hard Roll with salt and Kimoweck seeds.... makes it even more tasty.. yum with loads of horseraish on the Roast Beef is the best...

...that I finally grabbed the chicken salad out of the fridge that has been talking to me with increasing volume!
The first place I've ever had Barq's was down in Mississippi--and, now, this beverage company has started catering to Yankees, too.
That family-owned place in New York sounds inviting.
Just what IS roast beef on a weck, anyway!?!

...I'd forgotten all about Perry's "Death by Chocolate!" Also loved beef on weck - I used to use weck for just about anything . Thanks for the reminders of Buffalo!

had homemade rviolis. Always out of the can and I locvved them. But I'm sure the homemade one tastes like 100% better. Have to try it one day. Great answers.
