Pros:NOTHING. Oh wait they haven't resorted to outsourcing their CS to India
Cons:Sucks Sucks Sucks...NEVER BUY FROM THIS BIG HUGE MAMMOTH OF A COMPANY.
The Bottom Line: NEVER NEVER get service from this company. You will NEVER be able to get your service working and when it does you will NEVER be able to get it working.

For the largest telecom in the USA AT&T is horrible. If you like...

1. Waiting on the phone for a representative to fix a problem that AT&T caused for over AN HOUR.
2. Being transferred a million times and then getting disconnected just to start ALL OVER AGAIN.
3. Talking to complete idiots who cannot solve your problem without talking to other complete idiots.
4. Waiting days and days to get your service installed only to call AT&T and find out they screwed it up and you have to START ALL OVER AGAIN.
5. Enjoy having a Giant company treat you like a POS even though you are PAYING them for the service.
6. Like to be ripped off and enjoy price hikes and overpriced services that suck.
7. Wish to lose YEARS off of your life span trying to get service at your location.

...then by all means please get AT&T. This company is HORRIBLE! I CANNOT believe they get so much business and people continue to order from them. TO WAIT ON THE PHONE FOR OVER AN HOUR TO GET HELP IS PATHETIC. I am a FOOL for ordering service from them. GO with Time Warner TELECOM if they are in your area. AMAZING service. I NEVER wait on hold!!
