When I first decided I wanted a new computer, I looked into many choices. My first choice was and Apple, and I didn't really like what it had to offer, so I went to Gateway's website. There I found many possible selections, so I finally chose the 1200. At first I was a little bit hesitant about purchasing online, but I decided to try it out. When the computer arrived, I was really amazed at how fast it got here! I got it within about a week of purchasing time.

EASE OF USE
The hardware setup was quite easy. The instructions were deep in detail, and there was also a very helpful picture aid to show where all of the parts were supposed to go. The setup ended up taking only about 15 minutes, and was very easy! The computer came with many great programs, such as... Microsoft Home Publishing,Microsoft Works Suite 2001, Norton Anti Virus 2000. There were no slowdowns while I used any programs, and the 60 GB hard drive gave me tons of space! The screen colors show up very clear, and are great in size. The tech support was very polite and helpful. You can call them anytime and they had answers to all of my questions! I must say that many great experiences will come out of this computer, and I am not even close to thinking about getting any other!
