Never had luck shopping at sears.com

I ordered a tool from sears.com (pickup at a local store) today. Two hours later I got an email saying that my order was cancelled because item was not available. I went back to sear.com and found that the item is still available from that local store. I called sear.com customer service and was told when order online, "available" doesn't mean available until a confirmation email is sent by the local store. He said I can pick up from another store but the price is going to be higher because my purchase price was a mistake. He let me speak to sear.com online supervisor, who told me that when there is a pricing error Sears has the right to cancel the orders.
First of all, Sears lied to me. They cancelled my order because they made a pricing mistake but they told me item was not available. Secondly, Sear does not honor the price if they made a mistake.
I never had luck shopping at sears.com. I ordered from sears.com three times and all got cancelled by them. None was my fault. Sears is going down.
