My experiences with the online site have been excellent in every respect.

I used to shop regularly at Service Merchandise's brick and mortar store. Since I moved, there are no stores in my area, and I was quite pleased to find their online
site. I love their selection, and my favorites are their beautiful figurines. Their prices are good, their shipping charges are fair (and their packaging is excellent), and they ship to PO Boxes - which is something that is very important to me. I've ordered several items from them and have yet to have a complaint. I have, in fact, found that
shopping online is more enjoyable for me than going to their store used to be, especially during the holiday season (I remember waiting in long lines, which is
something I do not care to do). Their site is easy to navigate, and they offer excellent promotions and sales.
