I purchased a $5 item from this company. When it arrived, it did not function. The cost of sending it back for replacement is greater than buying it again somewhere else.
When I visit their site to find out about refund information, multiple options are listed depending on the type of product. But there is not enough information to figure out which return information applies to my product. They all require I pay for shipping, which is more hassle and cost than its worse. Its your money, gamble with Eforcity if you wish. I will not buy from them again.
Their website is listed through buy.com. Buy.com is ok, but you should do more research on the company the order is through before using Buy.com.
Online shopping is great, I've bought many things online. This includes 2 computers, which I purchased as parts and put together myself. I am a software developer and I know how to make things work. So it is not a matter of me understanding this product. It is simply broken.
I wonder why I did this- for such small purchases its better just to buy it at a store where you can return it easily. I guess I am a sucker. I recommend you not be a sucker and not shop at eforcity.com.
