Tools Plus put my order on hold without notifying me. They had my email address, but failed to send an email notice that there was a problem with the order. After waiting two weeks, I logged onto their site to check my order status. Tools Plus put my order on hold because my shipping address is different that the billing address. But my shipping address is registered with the credit card company. Tools Plus did not bother to verify the address or to notify me.
