Pros:unlimited talk for cheap
Cons:HORRIBLE customer service No service out of range
The Bottom Line: No it was the worst wireless company I have ever dealt with. It sounds like a great idea but you end up paying for somthing that does NOT work.

I purchased cricket 10 days ago and I have already switched back to Verizon.
When I bought the phone and service it cost 95 dollars for the first month (just the cell phone and activation) it worked great for the first 4 days. I purchased the $60 a month plan because I wanted unlimited roaming minutes. I then went to Chicago (I am from St. Louis) and was expecting to use my roaming minutes. Well 30 minutes out of St. Louis my phone would NOT work. After waiting almost one hour to talk to customer service I was told by a represenative that I had to activate roaming while I was in service (I have never heard of doing that). So I was in chicago for 4 days and could not make or recieve ANY phone calls because Cricket didnt activate my phone correctly. After returning to St. Louis I called customer service and waited for 1 and 1/2 hours just to hang up. After following all of the prompts I had listened to the waiting music saying the nex customer service rep will help me for over 1 hour. I was furious.
I then went to the store off of Paige and all I was told was that when my phone was activated it wasnt activated correctly. I then asked them to activate my roaming and he said he had but wasn't sure if it would work. The only way to know if my phone would work was to go out of area.
In conclusion, the wireless company has wonderful plans, the best in the area, but not enough personelle to help customers. The phones do not work and I missed a myriad of calls. I would rather pay $100 a month and have customer service that will talk to you and a company that gets reception out of St. Louis.
