BAD frustrating shipping failures

I had a terrible experience with Hammocks.com. One of the items I ordered was a hammock stand which is listed as weighing 69 pounds. It shipped via FedEx, and I followed the shipping progress as it traveled to my local facility, and then returned to the shipper as an "improper shipment." Customer service was unable to provide an explanation, but I convinced them to ship me another one. This second shipment also got as far as local FedEx, and was about to be sent back to the shipper again, when I did phone battle and was able to intercept it before it went back. Again, it was an "improper shipment." I was finally able to determine that it weighed in excess of 69 pounds, and needed to be shipped ground. My contact with Hammocks.com pleaded ignorance.
To top it off, the packaging was not strong enough for the weight, and as a result the packaging was missing some hardware. Back to the phone with customer service who would not send me a new sent of hardware, but recommended that I go to Home Depot or Lowes and get some myself. OR - send it back to them and they would ship me another stand. Oh yeah, that would really work.....
All attempts to post my review of my bad experience on their customer review section were unsuccessful, and inquiries as to why only good reviews were posted have not been answered.
