I just got done working with Dell on a computer purchase for work. After getting shuffled around on their phone system several times and receiving two conflicting quotes from their telephone sales, I just went online and got all my info there instead, which they also had a $50 discount for ordering online, too (along with a free hard drive upgrade and free CD-Burner or DVD that the sales people never mentioned). In my opinion, Dell's telephone sales is beyond incompetent.
