While doing my research at the sites projectorreviews.com and projectorcentral.com, I discovered Visual Apex. What a find! Their site is easy to navigate and loaded with information. I was able to make quick comparisons between the units I was considering. After watching a few video reviews Visual Apex provided, I purchased a Sanyo PLV-Z2000 projector and a 100" Elite Screen. The purchase process was painless and the customer service is astounding. It's unheard of to find a company that follows up as a courtesy and keeps you informed of your order status. I ordered on a Sunday evening and a representative called me the next day to verify my order. Both products shipped out that day. The projector and screen arrived days earlier than promised, which is always a bonus. Everything came securely packed and in perfect working order. All original packaging. They're authorized dealers. Nothing gray market or shady like you find at many internet-based electronics stores. The price, even before the rebates Sanyo offered, was the best out there and their personalized service impeccable. I can't recommend Visual Apex highly enough. They carry a wide variety of items from the best manufactures out there. On top of the excellent prices they have a generous amount of shipping options. They'll be my first stop for any projector/video needs.
