3 devices purchased with a visa card (not debit card) and all charges went through the same day despite promise of 30 day trial before being charged which could have really caused me a problem if I had been near my limit as I have been at times in the past. Five years of service purchased but 3 months in I have no use of my phone due to garbled and broken sound. I can hear others but they cannot understand a word I say. Started out okay with only hollow echoes. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO WAY TO CONTACT TECH SUPPORT. TOTAL WASTE OF $250. What really bothers me is how everyone like US News and World Report and PC Magazine and others whom I trust lauded this device and made it sound so great without really knowing the extent of the ripoff this guy was doing. I would never have purchased this device without all the great reviews from those dependable names. I bet if any of those important names had a problem with their magic jack it was taken care of without any problems. So now I am trying to find out how to get my money back on the five year plan and the magic jack that has never been used with its five year plan. I believe any reputable company would have a way to rectify this issue.
