My wife and I ordered a Nikon D60 SLR camera from this company online. They then called to "complete" the order, which just means that they tried to sell us 5-6 accessories that would have pushed the price up about $300. Thinking that it might be a good deal, my wife agreed. After discovering that the accessories were grossly overpriced and unnecessary, I called to cancel the accessory package and just get the camera. The sales rep said he could not change my order and that he would have to cancel. I said that would be fine and that I would just reorder. He then tried to sell me more stuff that I didn't need for about 5 minutes. I said no thank you. He said, "Well you obviously think you know more than I do, so we'll just cancel your order." He then hung up on me. I just hope that my order really is canceled. It makes me nervous that this company ever had my credit card number.
