Extremely horrible company....I got ripped off.

Hi, the issue relays on Sales Department not selling the product at the prices they post on their web site.

On this page, you can purchase a Sony HDR-SR11 60GB Hydrid HDD Camera for $824, and UPS Ground is free is you spend more then $100.
I wanted to add a extended battery NP-FH100 Value at $159.99, and a quick charger Value at $129.99.
Plus, UPS 3 day delivery $37.96
The total came to $1021.95. The sale person Luke insisted that I can purchase ALL of the items below plus UPS 3 days at a better package. I specified that I wanted all of those items and he implied that I can get all of that for $999. He confirmed that I would get all those items PLUS a UVFILTER value at $19.99.
The package arrived with the following items,
1.- Original camera with the original manufacture items.
NP-FH60(1), AC Adaptor, Handycam Station, USB, A/V component Cables.
2.- UVFilter
In the invoice list it shows:
Extended Battery Upgrade
Chrager Upgrade
UVFilter
Sony HDR-SR11
The invoice price is: $1039.98 added is a hidden Handling & Insurance of $39.99
This company lies about the pricing in the website and sales guys a misleading the customer.
I called and talk to a Supervisor Gave who says I didn't understand what the sales person Luke, was offering.
Gave said that all the items inside are upgraded items which IN FACT they are NOT. These are the items that come from the manufacture SONY. This information can be obtain from SONY web site. They are trying to sale something as an upgrade when the manufacturing company SONY already has it as a standard package.
If you return the item, you are charge %15 restocking fee plus you have to pay for shipping and handling additional.
I decided to buy from this company to save some money since I wanted additional items. I would have spent the same amount if I went to a local shop such as Best Buy or Circuit City.
I will never purchase anything else from this company.
