This book is amazing. I have to say that I have never seen anything like ti and I hope that someone else will see what is so amazing about this book.
Ok, so the main idea is to help yourself get over ceratin emotional problems. I know that most people do believe in self help books but this one is different. I have to admit that i thought that it would be a crock but I was preasently surprised. You have to do a little reading first to get the basic knowledge on how to do this. But once you get that down, your set. What it is using pressure points and other parts of the body to take away all sorts of problems. I'll list a few so you get the idea: shame, rage, claustrophobia, anxiety, anger, regret, stress, jet lag, rejection, and grief are just a few. There is an extensive list of items to choose form in the back.
Bottom Line: Get it - It will make you feel better literaly.
