I bought a NordicTrack c2200 treadmill in June of '06. I have put over 800 miles on the machine. My experience has been great up until recently. The walking platform cracked as a result of what I believe is average use... (avg= 7 miles a week) I weigh less than 200 lbs (machine is for use up to 300lbs). I called CS, they said a replacement part would cost over $200 to be delivered. After some further complaining they reduced the price to $17 plus delivery ($62 total)... and I must assemble parts. CS was polite and helpful; however, the machine itself shouldn't break at such a critical position under the above described use. If you want to simply walk on the treadmill, this model is fine, but if you want to run purchase a different machine. I paid around $750.
