Click for Digital sucks! They have low prices but the customer service is so poor that it is worth it to pay a little more (think of it as insurance) just to make sure you get the product you order.
My story - I ordered my TV set from Click for Digital on July 7th and I got my TV set on August 2nd. It took over 3 weeks to receive my TV (though I did opt for the free shipping, I didn't expect it to take nearly a month). It arrived broken, though I believe this was fed ex's fault - was a gash in the box. I contacted Click for Digital on August 4th explaining the TV was broken and I needed another TV delivered. A customer service representative advised Click for Digital would set up a "damage claim" with Fed Ex, and that Fed Ex would come by to get the broken TV on approximately August 6th. August 6th came and went with no Fed Ex - I am not sure if they ever set up the claim. I figured this out on August 7th when I called to see why Fed Ex had not come to get the TV, at which point I set up the damage claim myself (which I would have been happy to do had your customer service not said they would take care of it). I finally had Fed Ex pick up the broken television. Then I could never get Click for Digital to respond to repeated phone calls and emails to determine the status of receiving my television - I left 4 or 5 messages over the the course of a week for customer service and never heard back. I finally decided to try the sales line, because of course they answer. Supposedly a new TV is on the way. I hope so, but I won't believe it until I see it.
Bottom line - they charge a low price, but it does no good if you never get the product ordered!
