summed it up really well.
I'm sticking with this site-it's too easy,and occasionally if you call their phone #(find it at whois.com or some such site) they're helpful.
I'm waiting on a couple prizes myself though :(

It took me so many emails to report missing prizes, and so long to send them to me, that I kissed this site good-bye a long time ago!
