This Company ROCKS!!!!!
Oscar and Eric were my associates.
To begin with, there is nearly no time spent on hold, A sales associate with actual knowledge of the product greets you and proceeds with a casual, no hurry conversation. They knew what the sale I was talking about immediately and I didn't spend any time trying to explain needless information.
I had some prices that I had found at competitor sites, and there was nothing like, "We're better, order from us." Both associates (I had two orders- the second one definitely being a result of being taken care of the first time) took time to look at the other sites and came back with an offer I was satisfied with. There was no pressure to order a higher priced product, or rush me through my order.
I was concerned about how fast basic shipping gets outs and they assured me it would be handled promptly and I did receive it in 3 days amazing. The company I was originally going to order from said, "Well, those guys get busy on the dock and it'll be a few days and we'll be sending it out."
The product arrived well packed and mint condition.
Please use this company. They make it happen and they have made my formerly wariness of online sales go away.
