My Sprint cell service is great! The quality of the calls, and signal strength is terrific! I often travel to Florida, and my cell was working fine all the way down from Jacksonville, FL to Daytona Beach. The only problem with my service is when I'm roaming, its analog roaming. Not only is that expensive, but its' also a battery drainer! I think what Sprint should do is use a backup analog system just incase their Digital PCS goes down, and not charge so dang much for the roam time! In any event, I love my Sprint phone. My calls are always very clear and I'm connected quickly. When I have a problem with my bill, the CS Reps are always very curtious and helpful. They've always gotten my problem fixed within 10 minutes. I have found that Sprint has some great deals. A couple of friends have switched to Sprint since I started being a customer. We all love it. I can truely say with Sprint, I have REAL NATIONWIDE LONG DISTANCE! That was one of the features that sold me! I need real nationwide long distance. I would recommend this service to anyone!
