Internet shopping provides many great opportunities, if you sort through the paid site hits and garbage that result from general searches. Every once in a while, you come across a gem. J&R is one such. I ordered 4 BlueAnt Supertooth 3 hands free mobile devices and received great pricing and service, quick delivery and good packing. The order was on time, first time - the only definition of quality service.
One annoyance I encountered and later appreciated, J&R is serious about their site security and it took several e-mails and a phone call to resolve the credit card issue that arose from my use of different addresses and names. I sometimes order products for several locations with the company I work for.
Like many, I've been victim of or witnessed weak security that resulted in unauthorized charges - thus my appreciation for their strict policies.
I will buy again from this fine retailer. Imagine an internet vendor with quality products and equitable pricing, with real customer service and a commitment to consumers! Their commitment to service and the friendly contact are appreciated! When visiting the J&R site, you are met with a well laid out, functional site with tabs for various lines of product. Within each product line, you find it easy to refine your search and review products through predefined categories of manufacturer, price, and various amenities.
