Netflix is the best thing since sliced bread! I have been a member since 2001 and I have had ZERO complaints. None! I'm on the 3-out-at-a-time plan and couldn't be more pleased with the service. NO late fees, and I almost always get my movies within 1 day after they rec'd it (which also only takes 1 day).
I have a separate queue set up for my parents and the movies come with their name on it, so I just hand them their movies when they arrive. Then they just mail them back and I get another one in the mail in 2 days.
Very rarely I get a movie that won't play, and I just log into my acct, state the movie doesn't play and they IMMEDIATELY mail me a new one before I even get a chance to mail the other one out.
They update me by email every time they receive my movie or mail out another one. They also email me offers to purchase movies at great discounts (like $5-$7) which I have purchased a couple before and they charge it right to my card and it arrives a day later. No problems there either.
My only complaint is I wish they had a public phone number to contact them with questions. Last I knew you had to play the email game, fill out questions, etc and then at some point they email you back. Sometimes you just want to talk to a person and ask a quick question.
Other than that, they are the BEST!
