The only thing that this store has going for them is their great prices, which are not necessarily the lowest prices on the net. There are other authorized dealers who sell for less. The customer service is a joke and i ended up getting different advice/ product info. everytime I called with a question. Which representative should I believe? They need to have a universal training program for their sales reps so they are all on the same page. Misleading info on products is useless.
The billing/order department hurts my brain. They claimed that I was providing the incorrect billing address when I was not. When they realized their mistake, they mandated that somebody from the billing phone number call them before they could ship it. Like most college kids, I do not live at my billing address. They told me that I had to drive to my billing address to answer their phone call. What a joke!!! They could not provide any reasoning. I thought that was the point of online ordering- quick and effortless. If you want a quick, easy ordering type of experience-Crutchfield is not the place to shop. Sure, they may have low prices and free shipping, but is the headache worth it?
