Not Trustworthy, False information on website.

Very Disappointed!! I wanted to get an oversize comforter for our king size bed as a gift for my husband who always complains our current comforter was not big enough. So I decided to go ahead and do this as an anniversary gift. I order the product on a Tuesday morning at 9:24 am EST with 2 day air shipping. On The Company Store website it states that if you place your order before 11am EST your order will be shipped out same day and arrive in 2 business days. So that would be delivery on Thursday. I called them Tuesday evening to confirm that it would arrive on Thursday since anytime I look at my order on their website it still said processing. I was told that it would arrive on Thursday. However, Wednesday morning (today) I checked the website again and still says processing. I called the customer service number on the website and spoke to someone who told me my order was on hold but that she could release and it would ship today 2 day air. I explained that was unacceptable and they needed to have it here Thursday. However, she was not actually customer service and they don't open for 30 minutes and no there were no managers and the customer service number on their website is not actually customer service. She had to give me another number to call which is 800-289-8505 x6819. It is baffling that the information on their website is not accurate. BEWARE of ordering from them!! This is still not resolved but because of the issues I will not be ordering from them again nor recommending to anyone.
