Impressive, to say the least!!!

I placed an order on Aug. 30, 2008 for two different sets of Nuby pacifers. I had not heard anything from them by Sept 2nd, 08. So, I started searching the web for reviews, and came upon not so good reviews. I started to get concerned. I called them, but only received an answering machine. I then wrote them a harsh email (which I asked for forgiveness), and after reading the reviews expected a rude, short, or no reply at all. That was NOT the case at all. They gave me my tracking number, and was very sweet and nice. Not rude or short. Baby Bungalow also gave me an explanation about maybe what had happened. I ordered a couple days shy of Labor Day, and she doesn't know why the email was not sent because my items had shipped out Tuesday. (I already know what happened!!) I checked the tracking number and she WAS telling the truth. My items did ship out the day she said. My items should be arriving September 8th, 2008. So, I told them I would give them a great review, because although I was wrong with the email, they still responded with great customer service! I was impressed to say the least!
(*Note*: Arrived items arrived on time and the even listened to my comment on picking pacifers that are for boys!! The items arrived in package, they look new, and undamaged!)
