The Bottom Line My entry, so read...

Snik1 hath stumbled upon whisperscream’s Life Soundtrack W/O and really liked the concept. He has thought quite a bit about his answers and will give them to the average reader in a calculated form. Enjoy!

Opening Credits: Coldplay, “Clocks”

Waking Up: Moby, “We Are All Made Of Stars”

A genuinely enjoyable song with a very good message which isn’t overbearing or useless.

Average Day: Too many to think of.

First Date:see above

Falling In Love: Howie Day, “Collide”

It just works so well, the atmospheric tone, the harmonious vocals that accompany it, and the overall vibe make it a flawless song for falling in love.

Love Scene: Aerosmith, “I Don’t Wanna Miss A Thing”

It just works the scene perfectly, and the emotion in Steven’s voice as he sings this adds to it.

Fight Scene: Nas, “Hate Me Now”

A perfect track for a fight scenario. Displays a message of perseverance, if you will.

Breaking Up: lostprophets, “Last Train Home”, Usher, “Throwback”, Jay-Z - Song Cry

An anthem in its own right; one of my favorite songs from last summer. And the second (and third) is a great song with one of Just Blaze’s most triumphant, soulful beats ever. You could feel Jigga struggling with reality.

Getting Back Together: Hoobastank, “The Reason”

Secret Love: Bowling For Soup, “Almost”

This song is a very adequate description of a relationship gone astray right under your nose and what you could’ve done to prevent it.

Life’s OK: Common, “Be Intro”

The violin/piano production blazes into your ears as if there’s no problems in the world, and Com raps sheer introspection poetically on the beautifully laced obligatory Kanye beat. One of my favorites off the album.

Mental Breakdown: Jay-Z, “Heart Of The City”, 2Pac “Thugz Mansion”

At a time where I’m sick of the world and all of it’s inhabitants it’s a good song to listen to; especially when you feel you’re not getting the props you deserve after the hard work you went through. And the second one, even though I’m not a thug, is definitely a great song which has a simple keep ya head up message way before it was trendy to do it.

Driving: Common, “Chi City”

Learning A Lesson: Gavin DeGraw, “I Don’t Want To Be”

I always thought this song was real catchy and had no idea who it was by. The song is good for learning a lesson because it talks about being yourself in a simple matter and not listening to those who want you to be something you don’t want to be.

Deep Thought: Eminem, “Sing For The Moment”

It really explaings Em’s feelings in a harsh indirected matter, blaming problems on people who take things out of proportion in which the price of fame comes; but in the end he becomes momentarily introspective with many stunning bars, vividly detailing the life of an obsessed fan who doesn’t know what to do with himself so they just put on a rap record. It would especially work for me seeing as I’m a struggling emcee.

Flashback: Usher, “Confessions Part 2”

Ideal for a flashback of any type. Smooth beat and well-done piece altogether.

Partying: Missy Elliott, “We Run This”

One of the catchiest songs Missy has done in her whole career; everything is there and a live instrumentation tops it off.

Happy Dance: that new Gwen Stefani song I can’t figure out the name of

No, it’s not “Hollaback Girl.”

Regretting: Jay-Z, “D’Evils”

Long Night Alone: Any song in which Anthony Hamilton’s featured on or is by will help me get through the night, unless I’ve watched a whole bunch of Adult Swim first.

Death Scene: Nas, “Live Now”

It may have been a teensy bit overdramatic but the song in itself makes up for it, flawless production and a message from Nas to not stop living while on Earth because you never will know when your time in the world is over with. A quite appropriate song.

Closing Credits: Semisonic, “Closing Time.”

An extremely catchy song with a very moody guitar riff would be a great track to play for the closing credits of my life. It’s too bad these guys were only one-hit-wonders, but I will definitely include their best representation as a conclusion to my movie. And one of the most perfected quotes of all time will be a great closing chapter for me, “Every new beginning comes from some of the beginning’s end.”

One of the most interesting W/Os I have ever joined, my pleasure doing it. Everybody out there look out for my Televisioner’s W/O and some new reviews…thanks for the opportunity Justin.
