I ordered a Bobby Jones hybrid club from Golfio about 1.5 months ago. After waiting about 1 week, and seeing that the order was still 'processing' I gave them a call and they said that they didn't have it in stock even though on their website they claimed to have it in stock. So they said that it would arrive in 3-5 business days and would upgrade the shipping to overnight. I wait 7 business days and it still has not arrived.
Wouldn't it be common sense to at least email or call your customer to give them the option to cancel their order for a refund if they have been waiting 2 weeks for a golf club? Obviously these guys don't possess that type of common sense and don't have any type of respect for their customers.
