I first started my experience at www.avis.com to pick the car. It was a simple process for me since I knew exactly what I wanted, mid-tier, etc. I had entered my information and had the quote finished in about 4 minutes. They didn't require a credit card to hold the reservation which was a beautiful thing since I almost chose another rental car company but am glad I stuck with Avis.
I rented the car from the Avis location on Burlington in North Kansas City, Missouri. I had a wonderful experience and will recommend to all. The gentleman on Saturday morning (picking up the car) was a pleasure to deal with. He had my contract ready, the car was waiting. It took no time at all which was wonderful since I was in a time crunch. In returning the car, I had the same experience with a different gentleman. He had my contract ready, inspected the car, and I was done. Also, the amount that was on the the quote from http://www.avis.com was the EXACT amount they charged my credit card.
Very speedy service with very nice men to work with. Thank you for my Avis experience, I will definitely recommend Avis to my friends and family.
