I have placed my order for Sony Bravia TV on july 24 2008 and paid extra $150 for expedited shipping (3-7 days)with tracking. After 4 days i called to ask if the TV was shipped and this guy talks so rudely, i was surprised that any sales company would treat their customers like that. Anyway he said that i had to wait 2 days(working days before the product will be shipped) and 3-7 working days from then. So i called again after the 3 working days since i did not get my tracking information. Again Rude! i kept calling for 3 days continuosly then they said the TV had been shipped on 29th july and the delivery company screwed up in informing me about the tracking!!(Who is supposed to send me tracking info the selling company or some other guy?) Then on August 11th i get a mail fromt the delivery company(Manna Distribution Services) saying they have received preliminary order information. The TV finally reaches me on august 15th.
They are scamming people (Expedited shipping $150 Regular free shipping 14 days free)! Be careful!! I did not like their customer service either!!
