They cannot deliver flowers

This week I have used 1800flowers for the first and last time. One of my friends had a baby and I wanted to sent a simple vase of flowers. The website specified that same day delivery is available and I placed same delivery order. I got order confirmation twice in 1 day ( 2nd listed full price and wrong delivery date which I called and cancelled). At the end of the day I thought I would check if the order was delivered. It was not! I called and asked why and noone knew. 2nd day I got a call in the middle of the afternoon asking if they can substitute a vase I ordered for a different one, I said OK just deliver already. I called at the end of 2nd day and nothing got delivered again. When I asked why, they told me it's because of a vase (which I agreed to substitute!). Then the representative promised me 100% that it will get delivered the next day and my order would be put on prioirity list. Well, what she didn't know is that you cannot use priority list on weekends, so my order didn't get delivered again. Next day I spoke to supervisor who said they can ship it from someplace else, but can only do it 3 days from now. Of course after all these lies I just cancelled the whole thing. Representatives are all friendly and nice but they are innefective. My major issue is the lack of communication. even after I asked to be notified of any problems, I never got any call backs. So please save yourself some headache and never use this service. I know I won't and I will telling everyone else not to as well.
