Buyer beware! You would think that Brylane sounds like a popular, trustworthy, American store judging by the name, but what was received was a mass produced cheaply made Chinese product. If you're proud of selling Chinese made products, may I suggest that you put it in your advertising, so people would know what they are purchasing before they purchase it? I have assembeled many, many, many things in my lifetime and I (time consumingly) assembeled a double sewing table very nicely only to find out that underneath the pine wood exterior lies pressboard. The hardware given to assemble the product with was very poorly made out of what I beleive to be extremely cheaply made pot metal. I had to reinforce the backer panel because the pot metal cam locks broke in half, and I can assure you it wasn't from putting too much force on them. I have assembeled many products that use cam locks. Other cam locks had such a big casting burr on them that I had to grind them off, as they wouldn't even fit in their holes. Have fun purchasing this brand, as it looks nice in the pictures, but in my opinion is made of very cheap materials. Normally, I would think that a project of this size should take roughly an hour and a half because I am a perfectionist in assembling, but this project took at least three and a half hours! The price was low compared to everyone else, but you get what you pay for. The shipping and handling charges were normal, and the time for delivery was also normal.
