Don't call J&R Customer service if you got a problem! Because their Service SUX!!!!

Well, recently I had gotten myself an online job. And I have to buy some supplies through J&R store. Let's just say my experienced with them was disappointing.
Given that I have purchased my supplies through them with 4 different orders on a Saturday. I have put an 2 day UPS ship on the orders. To emphasis the urgency that I need these by a certain amount of days.
Calls customer service on Tuesday, because online showing that none of my orders are being shipped, so I speak with them and they ensured that all 4 items will be shipped by Tuesday and will received them on Thursday. Today wednesday, went online, and found only one of my order got shipped. The 3 others still ???
So I called them again, and inquiry about the other 3.
One order was out of stock, and don't even know when they will have in-stock. Where I went flying off hook, because I really wanted to buy that ACer 8.9" Notebook PC and it was a good deal on prices as well. I told them it was shown on-stock online, that was why I have gone ahead and purchased the order. With anticipated that it will arrived with all my orders. But no go, they don't have it. So I am cancelling that order and find a replacement from a different website and a different brand. Will write about that once I received it.
As for customer service in J&R, it sucks!!!!!!! That is one experiences I would not want to repeat in my future orders online. They assured me all will be shipped, and then I have to find out that they weren't shipped at all. And has to pushed for a rush shipment. WTF!!!
Anyways, I wouldn't repeat this experiences ever again!!!
